Newest addition to the New London Historic Waterfront district, the Holiday Inn Hotel

It’s been only a little over month since the Holiday Inn Hotel, located on 35 Governor Winthrop Boulevard; part of New London Historic Waterfront district marked the completion of multi-million renovation project of the Old Radisson hotel.

The hotel now features 120 guest rooms which have been 100% renovated and updated with the latest in wi-fi technology and 42” flat screen HD TV's. We have an elegant Grand Ballroom with flexible meeting and banquet space for up to 300 people. O’s Bar & Grill at lobby level perfect for up to 150 for cocktail parties, also our Eagle Room or Board Room for more intimate meetings or private dinners. Enjoy our indoor heated pool and fitness center. O’s bar & Grille serves breakfast, lunch and dinner in an atmosphere conducive to both business and casual dining. Room service is also available.

The Holiday Inn-New London offers evening shuttle service to the Mohegan Sun Casino on Friday and Saturday evenings* at a very nominal cost of $15.00 round trip per person. We are located 10 minutes from Mystic Aquarium, Mystic Seaport, U.S. Naval Sub Base, USS Nautilus Memorial, New London Ocean Beach Park, Harkness Memorial Park, Eugene O’Neill Theater & USCG.

Amit Rangi, Regional Director of Operations, J&H hospitality stated that he was proud of the job which was delivered by the local trades and of the cooperation received from all levels of local & New London city government in helping them get the renovation project completed. Our finished product shows commitment from the owner Bob Moore to the New London community. Mr. Rangi also praised the cooperation of Mr. Tony Botelho, President of Freedom National Bank, which served as the interim lender on the project.
