There are a lot of factors that go into making a restaurant work, but the two that are probably most crucial for a venue's survival are the quality of the food and the conduct of the wait staff. Visit any number of review sites and you'll see that these are what make or break a patron's decision about whether or not they want to be a repeat customer.
There are plenty of places to go out for a meal in New London and Waterford, and for this week's poll we'd like to focus on just the wait staff. Even if you spotted a mouse in the corner and your medium-rare burger came back as a charcoal briquette, if the waiter or waitress was exceptional we want to hear about it. Which restaurant has a wait staff you can count on for reliable, friendly service?
