You might have noticed that as of now, the site redesign does not allow YouTube videos to be shared on articles. This function was part of the old design, and might return at some point. But for now, New London Tube will continue with a screenshot of the featured video and a link to the video.
Today's pick: a brief video on artichoke preparation from the official Fiddleheads Food Co-op channel.
Fiddleheads recently celebrated its fifth year in New London. The artichokes aren't quite new in produce anymore (the video was posted on March 14) but it still shares some helpful tips on how to prepare these vegetables.
This marks a shift in the Fiddleheads channel, which has generally posted lengthy "Thinking Green" videos (50 minutes or more) involving discussions on natural food and other topics.
