New London Nonprofits Receive Grant Awards

Liberty Bank awards close to $90,000 in grants to nonprofits in New London and Middlesex Counties

 

Four New London nonprofit organizations--the , the , and F.R.E.S.H. New London—have received grant awards from Liberty Bank, The Day reported.

According to the article, the Child and Family Agency, Women’s Center and F.R.E.S.H each received $5,000 and Expressiones received $3,000.

Close to $90,000 in grants were awarded by Liberty Bank to nonprofits in New London and Middlesex Counties, the article says.

Three regional organizations also received grant money, according to The Day, which names Connecticut Coalition to End Homelessness, Helen Keller International, who provides screenings at Bennie Dover Jackson Middle School and Prevent Blindness Tri-State as grant award recipients.
