The first floor space at 238 State Street still has the window stencils from the last business to make a go of it there. The Facebook page for XIII XV, or Thirteen Fifteen, is still up and mentions how it was gearing up for a grand opening on June 30, 2011. Unfortunately, the fashion boutique has since departed.
The building owner, Peter Krekovic, is looking for a new tenant. Signs in the window offer the retail space as well as offices in the upper floors.
A new business would fill the only empty space in the building's ground floor spaces. Next door are ; the Office of Comunity Health, Outreach and Partnerships; and .
