More holiday fun in New London? You bet. In fact, that’s the focus of just about every choice in ’s roundup of events for the coming week.

A few of these celebrations are based around music, starting with one of our city’s music stores. holds a holiday party from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m., bringing in live music, snacks, and a deal giving you an extra $10 if you buy a $50 gift certificate. Visitors are encouraged to bring their own drinks and a mix tape to share. The Eastern Connecticut Symphony Chorus brings a number of festive tunes to at 8 p.m. the same day; tickets are $22, or $20 for students and seniors. Finally, the Coast Guard Band plays two free holiday concerts on Sunday, at 2 p.m. and 7 p.m., at .

In other holiday events, welcomes people to check out what they have to offer at their tonight. From 5 p.m. to 7 p.m., learn more about available programs and snack on some food prepared by the culinary students. hosts Christmas on Bank Street from 1 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Saturday, teaming up with Toys for Tots to collect donated toys and offer children’s activities.
