Zombie Apocalypse In New London Looms (On Paper)

Gallery looking for submissions for art exhibit to open this weekend

Connecticut College students fortifying the House of Steel against undead professors? Zombies swarming the stores of the New London Mall? New London Harbour Towers converted into a corrupt bulwark against the walking dead, with the Little Sisters Bake Shop grilled cheese truck converted into a mobile weapons platform?

Well, those are just some of my ideas (liberally inspired by George Romero, of course). The Kitchen Gallery is asking residents to share their own visions of a zombie apocalypse, whether it be in New London or elsewhere.

The artwork may be submitted in any medium, size, or technique. The only requirements are that it can fit in the room, be ready to hang, and "not too stinky."
