Selling New York, 9 p.m., HGTV

A quick bit of searching finds that there are 90 square foot apartments in Manhattan that rent for $700 a month and 55 square footers that are somehow more expensive. Perhaps these people should be selling commuter passes instead.

Rookie Blue, 10 p.m., ABC

At what point does a police officer stop being a rookie? That must lead to some issues in how long this show can run, but it is Canadian and if they follow the British rule it will only last a few seasons anyway. Tonight, “A kidnapper is pursued by the 15th Division, and Andy helps a woman who was critically injured in an auto accident. Meanwhile, Chris and Dov have an altercation over an indiscretion involving Gail.”
