New London Public Schools Seeking Partners for Hope Week

Hope Week begins next week, have you reserved your spot?

From the New London Public Schools:

On Wednesday, May 22nd , from 6 – 8 p.m. the New London Public Schools will host its “Science, Art and Community Partners’ Fair" as part of Hope Week 2013.

This event will take place at the Science and Technology Magnet High School.  Teachers from all grade levels will have the opportunity to showcase their students’ science and art projects and community partners will have an opportunity to share information about their organization and the services they provide.  Several “Senior Project” presentations will also be given that evening.  Parents and community members will be in attendance.

Community partners are invited to host informational tables along the second floor corridor.  Please feel free to forward this invitation to other organizations who may have an interest in either hosting a table or attending this event.

For planning purposes, I am asking all community partners who would like to participate to send a confirming e-mail to Ann Burdick at burdicka@newlondon.org by May 15th  with a brief description of your display and whether or not you need any special accommodations such as being located close to an outlet.

I look forward to hearing from many of you and want to express my sincere thanks and appreciation for helping to make this event a success.
