Indie Music Rocks New London

I Am Festival features 25 bands on five stages. The music starts Saturday afternoon and jams on until the wee hours of Sunday morning.


So much music, so little time! New London's one day Indie music I AM Festival takes over five stages in the city on Saturday, with 25 bands playing at Parade Plaza, Hygienic Art Park, The Telegraph, Oasis Pub, and 33 Golden. The headliner at Parade Plaza is Death, which made history as one of the original punk rock bands that also happened to be made up of African American musicians. 

All shows are free. Shows at the Oasis and 33 Golden are 21 and older only. The event also includes a marketplace of independent artisans and crafters which will run from Parade Plaza along State Street.
