WHERE/WHEN: Friday at 5 p.m. at Stash’s on Pequot Avenue in New London.

2. 

WHERE/WHEN: Saturday from 6:30 to 11 p.m. at the Port N’ Starboard in New London.

WHY GO: You’ll get to throw on that little black (or red) dress! Don’t forget, proceeds benefit heart awareness and the Lawrence & Memorial Centennial Campaign.

PRICING: Tickets can be purchased in advance for $25; at the door for $30.

3. HYGIENIC SCREENING ROOM PRESENTS “BURIAL BOYS”

WHERE/WHEN: Saturday from 8 to 11 p.m. at the Hygienic on State Street in New London.

WHY GO: The screening is free, you can meet the filmmakers from 7 to 8 p.m.!

PRICING: Your favorite four-letter word—free.

4. 

WHERE/WHEN: Sunday at 2 p.m. at the Garde Arts Center in New London.

WHY GO: The show celebrates Presidents’ Day and African American History Month—wear your red, white and blue!  

PRICING: All Coast Guard Band concerts are free and open to the public.

5. 

WHERE/WHEN: Sunday at 2:30 p.m. at the Custom House Maritime Museum in New London.

WHY GO: Gary Baillargeon’s summer performance was a sold-out show! He must be doing something right. That, and your ticket price is tax-deductible.

PRICING: $15 tickets benefit the museum.
