SBDC Workshops

The Connecticut Small Business Development Center (SBDC) at Three Rivers Community College (TRCC) will host the SBDC Entrepreneur Education Workshop Series on  February 27 & 29 and March 5 & 7 at the New London Public Library in the Community Room. Workshop registration is available online at http://www.ctsbdc.org (under “Workshops & Events”).

Business Development Advisor Marcie Boyer will facilitate each workshop and provide relevant information and guidance to assist individuals seeking to launch or grow a business.  Marcie staffs the SBDC @ TRCC office, bringing her impressive and proven experience to directly assist entrepreneurs and business owners.

Marcie works with regional banks, community lenders, and local & state government agencies to assist business owners to secure financing and programs to strengthen business performance and sustainability.  The SBDC at TRCC provides a wide array of management and technical assistance to the New London County small business community.

The SBDC promotes and encourages the creation and growth of small business by providing sound business advice through free professional counseling, seminars, technical assistance and education for business owners and entrepreneurs, in one-on-one or group training environments.

The Small Business Development Center is collaboration with the U.S. Small Business Administration, Central Connecticut State University and is supported by the Connecticut State University System and the Connecticut Department of Economic and Community Development.
