A Hollywood stunt driver by day performer who moonlights as a as a top-notch getaway driver-for-hire in the criminal underworld discovers that a contract has been put on him after a heist gone wrong in this crime thriller starring Ryan Gosling, Carey Mulligan, Bryan Cranston and Albert Brooks, nominated for the Golden Globe for Best Performance by an Actor in a Supporting Role.  Director Nicolas Winding Refn won the Cannes Film Festival Best Director Award for the film written by Hossein Amini.
