AUDITIONS for new play NAUGHTY

NEW LONDON: The Planning Stage is holding auditions for a workshop production of Michael R. McGuire’s new play NAUGHTY November 28th and 30th from 5:00 to 7:00 PM by appointment at City News in New London.  We are seeking male and female actors age 18 through 50 for several roles for NAUGHTY, an adult-themed alternative holiday wickedly dark comedy.  

Actors are asked to prepare a 1 to 2 minute monologue, present a printed resume, and bring a headshot if available.  Sides from the play will be provided at the audition. Performances are January 12 – 14 at The O’Neill Theater Center in Waterford, CT.  Rehearsals will begin December 27th in Groton and will primarily be held in the evenings.

Naughty is a wicked, dark as coal Christmas comedy.  When Dad leaves his family on Christmas Eve in 1974, the rest of the family, Mom, Brother and Sister have serious issues for the rest of their lives, including unhealthy relations, nervous breakdowns, sexual perversity and bizarre encounters with both a deranged Santa and a mischievous Elf.
