Barefoot Truth's Will Evans Sets Out on Solo Project

Evans is hoping to raise $10,000 to release a solo album

Even though popular local band Barefoot Truth is taking a break, at least one member of the band is planning to continue making music.

Will Evans of Mystic is beginning a solo career and is hoping to raise $10,000 to release a solo album.

“I really want to do this album for the people who have really enjoyed the music I've written for Barefoot Truth,” Evans posted on fundraiser page Indiegogo. “The folks who write emails to us about how one of my songs helped them through tragedy or a difficult time in their life. I've got a whole bunch of new songs for people who need a remedy; I just need the help to get started. “
