Bruce MacDonald, director of communications for the Chamber of Commerce of Eastern Connecticut, submitted this photo of Sue Davis tending to an entrance into New London on Broad Street. Davis, a volunteer with the New London Beautification Committee, told MacDonald that the group tends to about 15 or 16 sites around the city.
