Tryouts For New London Youth Talent Show Begin Next Week

New London County residents between the ages of 10 and 25 are invited to attend

The New London Youth Talent Show is looking for performers for its third annual event, inviting people to tryouts scheduled on two days next week.

The tryouts will run from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Tuesday and 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 8, at the New London High School. The event is open to New London County residents between the ages of 10 and 25. The talent show will take place at 6 p.m. on March 23 at the Garde Arts Center.

"This talent show continues to grow in purpose and style," said Andrea Messenger, the show's oversight coordinator. "This year we will have the pleasure of incorporating local regional performers into our mentor-as-coach process and the performance itself. Finding new ways to inspire our audience and grow the area's talent is our passion. We are excited to share this joy with our audience and look forward to another sold out show!"
