Bike New London and the City of New London Downtown Association are urging people to use their minds and pedals in a contest leading up to an annual bicycling event.
Bike New London is hosting its fourth annual Bike Fest from noon to 3 p.m. on Saturday at . The event includes free bike tune-ups and helmets, a custom bike show, coasting competition, and more.
This week, the organization is posting a clue a day on the Facebook posting for the event. Participants should ride their bike to the spot indicated by the clue, take a picture of themselves with their bike (and helmet) at the location, and post the photo to the Facebook page. The person with the most correct photos will receive a bike helmet full of goods from a New London business.
