An annual fundraiser for the Public Library of New London will be held from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturday.
The event, sponsored by the Friends of the Public Library of New London, will be held in the community room and continue from May 28-31. Books, DVDs, and audio books will be available. A white elephant sale will accompany the event.
"It's very busy time of year but it's a lot of fun," said library assistant Linda Laharty. "We've got a lot of good books this year, a lot of bestsellers. People have been very generous with their donations, and we hope everyone can contribute to its success."
