In case you like a particular dish you have at the restaurant, chef Jack Chaplin is quite open with his preparation methods. In fact, the restaurant has a YouTube channel that's been active since January of 2010. As of Tuesday evening, it had a whopping 88 videos detailing how to make a variety of dishes.
Among a batch of videos added recently is one for a stuffed chicken breast with scallops and shrimp. The videos are put together by Bob Jacko Productions of Willimantic, and the filmmaker gets a tasty treat for his efforts.
"Bob, this is your dinner," Chaplin concludes. "I hope you enjoy it."
Chaplin runs through the process of preparing the chicken, cooking it, and finishing it up with a sauce. About midway through, he gets an impromptu visit from Chris Armoutsoglou, aka the .
