New London Challenge: Junior Fashion

Last week's answer:

As a number of people correctly identified, the memorial featured in last week's challenge is located at Lawrence + Memorial Hospital. Or, more specifically, in the green inside the semicircular parking lot off Montauk Ave.

It commemorates Sebastien D. Lawrence, a namesake founder at the hospital.
