Danielle Chiaraluce, a resident of Clinton, was recently appointed Executive Director by the Board of Directors of the Opportunities Industrialization Center (OIC) of New London.
For close to two decades, her career has centered on workforce development and vocational education throughout Connecticut and nationwide. Danielle has worked in a variety of professional capacities in both the private and nonprofit sectors. She earned a dual Masters in Business Management and Administration in 2003 from Albertus Magnus College.
Danielle has experience as a CEO of her own consulting entity, Clearlight Solutions LLC, and within endeavors such as Job Corps, YouthBuild, and in Human Services. A strong advocate for underemployed and unemployed youth and adults, Danielle looks forward to advancing the mission of OIC and bringing to Southeastern, CT a wealth of experience and expertise in this industry.
